    ATLASSIAN SYSTEM OF WORK

Five Collections. One system of work.

Atlassian stopped selling a toolbox and started selling a system. The apps are now grouped into five Collections, all writing to one Teamwork Graph, with Rovo working as an AI teammate inside every one of them.

We are the partner that implements it, extends it where the standard runs out, and keeps it running afterwards.

    Book an assessmentSee the Collections

Five Atlassian Collections orbiting Rovo on the Teamwork Graph

Your tools are not the problem. The gaps between them are.

Nobody buys another licence because they are short of software. They buy because a simple question has become expensive to answer.

From scattered disconnected tools to one connected system of work

    231 apps, four answers

Ask where one initiative stands and five people open five tools. Every answer is defensible and none of them match.

Work is connected, tooling is not

Strategy lives in slides, delivery in tickets, knowledge in a wiki nobody trusts, support in a queue with no context.

    AI without context is autocomplete

An assistant that cannot see your goals, your people and your delivery history produces confident guesses at speed.

    A system, not more seats

One graph, one set of goals, one place where AI can reason about the business. That is what changes the numbers.

    The four principles

Atlassian publishes the System of Work as a blueprint rather than a product. Four principles carry the whole thing, and they are the yardstick we assess you against.

    Align work to goals

Every team can see the goals, and every piece of work traces up to one of them.

    Plan and track work, together

One shared understanding of the who, what, when and how, instead of a status meeting.

    Unleash collective knowledge

Write it once, find it instantly, stop paying senior people to re-answer the same question.

Realize the full power of AI teammates

Treat AI as part of the team and build with agents, rather than bolting a chatbot onto the side.

    The five Collections

Each Collection removes a different bottleneck. Start with the one that hurts most. Rovo is in all of them, which is why they compound rather than stack.

    JiraConfluenceLoomRovo

    Teamwork Collection

    Jira · Confluence · Loom · Rovo

The one almost everybody starts with. Planning, documentation and async video in a single workspace, so status and strategy stop living in different tools. Guard Standard is included on Premium and Enterprise.

    Fixes: coordination.

    FocusTalentAlignRovo

    Strategy Collection

    Focus · Talent · Align · Rovo

AI-native strategic portfolio management. Set priorities and allocate investment, map people and skills to initiatives, connect OKRs to programme delivery and track value across streams. Jira Cloud Premium is required.

    Fixes: strategic alignment.

    Jira Service ManagementCustomer Service ManagementAssetsRovo

    Service Collection

Jira Service Management · Customer Service Management · Assets · Rovo

High-velocity service for employees and customers on one platform. Request deflection, incident and change, a flexible CMDB in Assets, and AI that answers with real context instead of a canned article.

    Fixes: support and resilience.

    BitbucketRovo DevRovo

    Software Collection

Bitbucket · Pipelines · Rovo Dev · DX

The AI-native software lifecycle. Run builds in natural language, validate pull requests, automate code review, fix broken pipelines, and measure developer productivity and quality with DX instead of arguing about it.

    Fixes: developer flow.

    Jira Product DiscoveryFeedbackRovo

    Product Collection

Jira Product Discovery · Feedback · Rovo

Turn feedback into confident product bets. Capture input from support tickets, sales calls, CRM records and chat, then connect discovery to delivery and close the loop. Currently Early Access, Jira Product Discovery Premium required.

    Fixes: prioritisation.

    RovoRovo AgentsRovo Dev

    Rovo

Not a sixth Collection. It is in all five.

Search across Atlassian and 20+ connected systems, chat with the knowledge your company already has, run agents that do the follow-up, and build your own in Rovo Studio. This is the reason Collections are more than bundling.

    Fixes: the context problem.

The Teamwork Graph is the part nobody can copy

Bundling apps is easy. Making them share one model of your organization is not.

Every Collection writes to the same graph. It links your work to your people to your goals, and pulls in more than twenty third-party systems including Google Workspace, Microsoft, GitHub, Figma and Zendesk. That is why Rovo answers questions about your business instead of questions about the internet.

Atlassian cites a 40x acceleration in reporting at Cisco, and more than 200 hours saved a year by the legal team at Trivago using Rovo agents. Your numbers will differ. The mechanism will not.

Teamwork Graph connecting work, people and goals to power Rovo
    Rovo Search

One search across Atlassian and the SaaS tools around it, so people stop guessing which system holds the answer.

    Rovo Chat

Ask about a project, a decision or a piece of code and get an answer grounded in your own history.

    Rovo Agents

Agents that flag risk early, chase the follow-up, prepare the sprint and write the report nobody wants to write.

    Rovo Studio

Where we build agents specific to your processes, with your rules and your data boundaries.

    Rovo Dev

In the IDE, the CLI, Jira and Bitbucket. Planning, code generation, review and troubleshooting where engineers already are.

    Teamwork Graph

The layer underneath all of it. Get this right and every Collection you add gets smarter rather than heavier.

Collections are what Atlassian sells. This is what we do with them.

A Collection is a licence bundle until somebody configures it, connects it, extends it and teaches your people to use it. That is the whole of our business.

Atlassian Collections mapped to ONETEEM service lines

    TEEMFORCE

Data Center to Cloud, cloud to cloud, and tool sprawl consolidated into the Collections. The unglamorous work that decides whether the rest of it ever pays off.

    Migrations and consolidation

    TEEMDEV

Forge apps and Rovo agents for the twenty percent the standard will never cover. Built on Atlassian infrastructure, so security and scaling are not your problem.

    Custom apps and agents

    TEEMLEARN

Authorized Atlassian training, instructor led. A Collection nobody knows how to use is the most expensive kind of shelfware.

    Training and enablement

    TEEMDESK

Administration, governance and licence management as a managed service. Somebody has to own the graph after go-live, and it should not be the one admin who also has a day job.

    Managed service

    TEEMAPPS

Our own products on the Atlassian Marketplace. We ship software on this platform, not only slideware about it, and that shows up in how we implement.

    Our Marketplace apps

How a System of Work programme actually starts

Not with a migration. With an honest look at where you are against the four principles, and which single Collection buys the most relief.

Five step adoption path from assessment to scale

    1

    Assessment

Where you stand on the four principles, and which Collection removes the most friction first.

    2

    Design and licence model

What you genuinely need, what you already pay for twice, and what can be retired.

    3

    Migrate and consolidate

Onto Cloud and into the Collections, with the graph modelled properly from day one.

    4

    Extend

Forge apps, Rovo agents and integrations for the requirements the standard cannot reach.

    5

    Enable and run

Training so people use it, and a managed service so it stays healthy as you add the next Collection.

    Why ONETEEM

Plenty of partners can resell a Collection. Fewer can build inside the platform, and fewer still can connect it to the commercial side of your business.

    We build, not just configure

Atlassian Marketplace vendor with our own Forge apps and Rovo agents in production, built by certified Forge specialists and former Atlassian people. When the standard stops, we keep going.

    Enterprise scale, SME pragmatism

We run cloud migrations and governance in large, regulated environments, and we can still scope a single Collection for a team of thirty without turning it into a programme.

    Germany plus nearshore

Consulting and project lead from Germany, engineering capacity from our nearshore team. Local accountability with a cost base that keeps custom development worth doing.

Integration between Atlassian Cloud and the business platform

The other half of the system

Atlassian runs how your teams build. It does not raise an invoice, sign a contract or onboard an employee.

For that half we implement Odoo, and then connect the two so a won deal opens the delivery project, a signed contract starts onboarding, and hours logged on a Jira issue arrive on an invoice. Very few partners do both sides. We do, and the bridge between them is where most of the wasted time actually hides.

See the Odoo Digital Business Platform

Start with an assessment, not a migration

One workshop. We map you against the four principles, name the Collection that removes the most friction, and tell you what it costs and what you can switch off. If the answer is that you already have what you need, we will say that too.
