About INFONIQA
INFONIQA is a leader in business software specializing in HR, payroll, and accounting solutions for small and midsized organisations and their advisors across the DACH region. Grown through expansion and acquisition, with product lines and entities including Perview, BRZ, and Hamburger Software, its mission is to free people from administrative work so they can focus on what matters.
CHALLENGE

Rapid growth brought INFONIQA more products, a larger customer base, rising expectations for delivery speed, and an expanding compliance framework. Coordinating all of that across multiple Azure DevOps organisations and several separate Jira sites, each with its own workflows, had become difficult to manage and harder to scale.
SOLUTION
With Atlassian partner ONETEEM, INFONIQA built a single system of work for Product and Engineering on Atlassian cloud, migrating and harmonising everything wave by wave, then opening a developer portal on Jira Service Management and connecting the wider business through a purpose-built Forge app. ONETEEM owned the technical execution while INFONIQA’s engineering excellence team owned the decisions, with cutovers on weekends and after hours so the business never stopped.

HOW IT CAME TOGETHER
Migrate and transform in one pass. A custom migration tool built by ONETEEM migrated and transformed the data in the same pass, wave by wave across April and May 2026, each wave proven in a sandbox first. Work arrived in Jira clean and correctly shaped from day one.
One way of working. Many separate workflows became a small, shared set across all of Product and Engineering, with a single end-to-end naming convention from strategic topics to the smallest subtask, giving leadership one consistent view of delivery and one compliance posture.
A front door for the rest of the business. A developer portal on Jira Service Management gives the whole business one structured path to the teams who build and run the products, while TEEMSYNC, ONETEEM’s custom app built natively on Atlassian Forge, keeps work items in sync across environments.
Intelligence built in with Rovo. A Rovo agent flags likely duplicate bug reports so product owners focus on the issues that matter, alongside Rovo chat and search.
IMPACT

Product and Engineering deliver from one platform with one set of workflows and one compliance posture, and every other part of the business has a clear path to the teams who own the work. INFONIQA now has the foundation to deliver faster, prove compliance once, and scale as the company grows.
